HelpHamachi server

Hey guys! I'm wondering, i've tried to start up a server. And i Made a hamachi network for minecraft and I get the error : Perheps a server is already running on that port..
This is how my Server.prop looks like

And this is the error im gettin'

In the server.prop remove your ip,
simple as that

Dont add any ip
Just remove the one you put in the server-ip:

i think the ip every 1 connect to is your hamachi ip if not
go google and type ip chiken and that will be your router ip.

Just connect to your hamachi ip and of course your friends have to connect onto your hamachi ip as well
Looks like a different program is using this port... but im not sure
