Missing character

Missing character
I know I am in the right server plus i only have one account so i know I am using the right account, but whenever i login it forces me to create another character even though I already made one, any solutions?

plus, I reinstalled it and it didn't work

but are you sure you're on the right planet?

i dunno, maybe u accidentally deleted it in a drunken fit or sumtin...

If you're absolutely positive that you're on the correct server and the correct account, then you characters are most definitely deleted. I've never heard of any bugs that cause your characters to disappear. I think your best hope is to send a ticket to Nexon and hope they can restore your characters.

somebody might have hacked your account and deleted all your characters after they cleaned it out.

Nexon never replies to Tickets, my one ticket is lil over 1 month old, havent even opened it, and another one is also about 1-2 weeks old, havent even opened it, so if you get their response, then you are lucky

and as @wadical2314 said, i also never heard of this kind of bug..

I made a ticket on May 27, 2011. "The Day of Wave"... and my ticket has yet to be answered. I just get fucking auto generated messages.

Ya, tickets aren't answered with much enthusiasm on Nexon's part. I've had to send a few in. In the end I solved my own problems and told Nexon to close the tickets because I'm being spammed with automated e-mails. I've been waiting several months and the ticket is still not closed. Nexon isn't reliable, but I can't think of any other way to get around your problem. Gl

idk if my chracter was erased or not since i still see it on the character info
