HelpSinbot 2.3, not responding

So I'm trying to use Sinbot, but for some reason it won't start when I press the default key (insert). I tried changing it to something else, but it didnt respond. Then all of a sudden while I was typing, it started by itself -__-

Also, what is the config.cfg file for (in the sinbot folder)? Am I supposed to replace the cfg in Nexon folder with this cfg? Thanks.
