I did it!!! Sort of....
Ok, so after A LOT of errors, problems, and raging at my cat, I managed to get CF and hacks working....sort of.

The problem is anytime I do ANYTHING with the Bypass Xtrap my CPU useage or w/e hits 100% and everything locks up. Why?

I cant even drag the Bypass without it making my computer go hay wire!!!

-My internet is fine
-I have 2GB RAM
-My video card is the reccomened one for CF
-I have more than enough free space on hard disk
-I have dual core processor 2.0GHz
-I watch A LOT of porno

I think you might need to upgrade the specs on your computer or just buy a new computer in general

Scan Your PC Fine And Clean It From Viruses

Can't understand you, are you sharing to us how you solved it or you want our help?

I think you should reformat... Get a fresh start, and all your problems will be solved... Remember to back up drivers for your graphic card if they are hard to get... etc.

Bad processor and ram for play as good, maybe format it and will work more fine ^^
