Help with plug-ins

Okay guys so i keep getting a error on photoshop when i try to open the .DTX file up? Maybe somone could help?

Please help me.......

Did you put the .dlls in the main folder as well as the plug-ins folder?

what i did was Open desktop photoshop folder/apps/photoshop then placed the two .dll's their. then for the DTX one i i did the same thing except i went to plug-ins and put it were it belongs? now if thats wrong idk were to put the .dll's (Willing to TV for Help)

i cant my DTX Convert dont work.... D: and i think MPGHshould have a part in the modding section of all the guns in lithtech.... and a section to post your lithtech that would be a good section... for us noobs tht have shitty computers.... well if yuh dont can somone else do it for me please?

Ive tried multipule times... and nothing it keeps having this error:and idk how to fix this ive tried multipul things people have told me and it dont work,..........

Have you tried downloading mscorlib.dll? if you havent, you need to put it in your system 32 folder, then restart your comp.

Okay lemmie try that after im done with my signature? and if taht dont work then what? im fucked.....

If that doesn't work then i can convert files for you. It's not that big of a deal just have the file uploaded somewhere that won't have a waiting time.
But you need to seriously try to get that to work because i don't understand why it wouldn't after you get the .dlls you need
