The type89 review, version2.
So basically I wanted to a do a review, and didn't really want to start from scratch, so I found an old review and supped it up a bit as I thought this review didn't get many people really looking at it as it should have done, an underrated review for an underrated gun?
High accuracy, medium everything else. Pretty standard as assualt rifles go. Sorta like the m4's stats.
Looks, aren't great. It has a bipod for some unknow reason, you can't use it. It seems very bulky to me, and there's a small bug where you get a "fat arm" if you use it with a male char model on the BL side. It's been like that since it came out, and no-one bothered to fix it.
Although it seems to have been fixed now.

. When I first used this gun, awhile back near when it came out, I really thought it was VERY underpowered. And unless it's got a buff since then, I was wrong. But I'll talk about the power later. This gun does take awhile to get used it.
If you use some sort of a headset, or frankly just think gunfire is too loud and can't afford a zp silenced, this will easily do the trick for that, it's its main selling point being the fact it's almost a silenced gun.

M4, it's pretty much an m4 just silenced. Almost a gp m4camo?
- Power
Reasonable. It's not super duper ak style, but it's not smg style. It's low compared to the other assault rifles, but on gm your not gunna notice much difference. on TDM you might loose a couple of CQB fights, but not all of them. If you aim towards the head and they aim at your feet? You'll win. Also if you shoot them from behind, because it's almost silenced they won't know where your coming from until it's way too late.
- Recoil
It's has a lot, not gunna lie. But if you can get your head around it, you'll do really well with this gun. The recoil is defiantly worth it. Although strangely the cooldown time is pretty fast, I think probably because it's like a silencer.
- Reload
Slower than a lot of assualt rifles, which I don't understand. But it's not a reload which will get you killed time and time again. You'll live with it, and learn to enjoy it. Those little breaks are so much fun 
- Range/accuracy
Typical assualt rifle, you can one hit hs at any range (I believe) as long as the head gets hit. You can single shot well if you like that sort of thing, but it has ZERO recoil for the first 2 shots. So your better off firing two shots, then waiting, firing again. Very quick cool down time, although it's fire rate isn't quick at all, they'll shoot before you can fire again, so be carefull.
- Price
40k gp. Just how much it should be. Honestly I think it's an m4a1-adv with 30 shots. A gp zp gun, whats not to like?
- Is it worth it?
Defiantly. There's no other word for it, as I just said it's almost like a gp zp gun, due to the almost silenced nature of it.
- Overall
Very good, Just because it's silenced. A hell of alot of people over look little things like this, but if you have someone sound whoring the fuck out of you, and using an ak isn't going well because they come running every time? Whack out the old type89 and go ninja on their ass, they won't know what hit them.
- Who should use it?
People who use sound a lot, but cannot afford a silenced gun. Or simple do not want to waste zp on a gun. I really like how this is gp but almost silenced. It proves z8 actually do think about where to place guns. It's just a huge shame that it's so underrated. If you haven't tried this gun, give it a go. Also as I just said, it doesn't have to be just you using sound, if you know someone on the other team is and you want to annoy them, use this gun. It works wonders.
