does anyone know how to find out their security answer without having to send in a support ticket... the email that i registered in was hacked a long time ago.. and im trying to promote someone to a LT in my clan >.> i dont have 2 pieces of information that will work for Z8 to send me my information... so theres no point in that...

Well without the email or security question, you really can't do anything.
I know how you said to send a support ticket, but that is the only way.
Sending them a support ticket and then pray that it goes your way from there.

You can't unless you have the correct information.
I can give you a quick and useless tip.
Go to Send a support ticket and check Ticket History or something like that.
There should be the question and answers for all the tickets you sent.
