Doesnt look LQ its just a lil over sharpend. i know what Tutorial you followed

Plain needs more editing and effects.

LQ=Low quality.

This is LQ. Over sharpening, over blurring, disproportional sizing, etc. if it's not good quality, it's bad quality.

Looks very realistic if you ask me.
