I'm pretty sure that the problem is answered, but it isn't solved.
Ping is decided by location and location. As long as the wireless your connecting to is fast, and your location is close to the server, your ping will be low.
Nothing really to do.

That's right actually my the we leave in the same building but the signal between us is so low so that is the reason

Main solution is = Don't run on wireless.

Get closer to the modem or connect your pc to the modem.
