Is the quest hack still working?

I've head on a chinese website about the quest hack, right now I'm having difficulties with attaching a debugger to Dragon Nest as I use 64 bit, so the max I can do right now is actually scan, however without a debugger it is hard for me to find pointers so I cannot "find" the exact same address that was shown on the CN website which supposingly enabled all quests.
