moding

i knew how to mod before the modding patch but what do i do if i want to make them undetected again
im hearing this stuff about putting it in texture scipts
and if so how do i have multiple mods

Only for Model edits chams etc.
They need to be bypassed. To learn how to bypass go to the Tutorial section.

But Textures are fine. I would try to answer you question better, but you have to be more specific?

Make a folder named texturescript.rez
Backup and delete texturescript.rez (the file)
Extract your chams (rs.rez) and drag the folder into texturescript.rez (folder)
If you want other things such as superknife, extract guns_m_pv_melee.rez
Drag the folder into texturescript.rez
Rinse and repeat.
