are anyone know from hardware im have problems fast

İ Have normaly: Gigabyte HD4650(1GB) Atı radeon graphic card..But after the computer open after 2-5-10min then the all computer freeze and the harddisk light dont blink and tastature capslock lights are not work tasture freeze to all freze why what are the problem ??
İ have atı radeon 9200pro but it very bad card it have 256mb and in the game after 30-60min the monitör are go to black ( But sound and wss come..
System:
CPU:İntel Pentium 4 2.0ghz
Ram:1gb ram
Power:400w
HD:80GB

I dont even understand what hes saying.. Im no good then gone on this forum if dumb kids dont learn english fast...

That Happened for me before and still happening but it's Happened now when i open games only . sometimes it's don't freeze try to install new windows version and clean your pc from dust

İm learn english 5Years in school,im 15 years old,and i can speak turkish and german and in school learn franchais and english are you think that easy

2-When i install the driver from cd(from the hd4650) then are it freeze after 5min when i install it from the taskbar there say new hardware found then it freeze after 1day
