You should use fake information to complete it, but you might have your account banned for charge back.

Don't do netflix, because they tell you to use a credit card, but if they find out that the credit card is fake, they'll possibly ban you because you used fraudulent behavior. Otherwise as known as a chargeback.

I Wouldnt Do This As You May Get Charge Back But Good Luck Or Just Do Other S.u.r.v.e.y There Are Lots Out There

Like many said, you have high chances to get banned, try doing other surve.ys with the same ZP reward.
