Do a complete system scan with SUPERAntispyware in safe mode. You should be all clean if you were infected. But I don't it's a virus infection, just might be a mcorrupt windows file. Try reverting back to a restore point when your computer was fine.

It's your fault they won't respond. Maybe the copy of CS5 you downloaded is faulty, or you could have gotten infected by the key-generator that came with it. Won't hurt to do a complete scan.
