please Guys Help me!!!!

I downloaded CA for 4 fucking' hours and i installed it and when i open it it say not in connection server only available in NA and australia so help me!!! what to do??

Where do you live currently? You might need to get Combat Arms EU

Clean up your Internet Cache with CCleaner
Restart Your computer
Check Your Internet
Make sure your Anti Virus /etc allows Nexon
Make sure you downloaded the Right Combat Arms Version for your Area
