Banned again ????

So i was on vindi earlier, then i logged off for lunch, when i tried to sign back 2 hrs laters. i get this message: [ngm] Failed to authentiate user.
so i just want to ask, am i banned again x_X

Yeah I get that message occasionally, It's nothing to worry about.

usually that happens when my internet slows down, i give it about 10 seconds then i try again.

NGM failed to authenticate user is not a ban afaik. A ban will result in an automatic disconnection or a message concerning a block. It's more likely your network connection, or a temporary Vindictus server fail.

Try logging in with your email as the username.

This errormessage appears or appeared when logging through the web site.

Try launching the game directly from the game folder:

C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US\Vindictus.exe


If you get banned, you will recieve message like:
"Try logging from our website" or "Your Account is banned" or

"If you dont like PIE you will get banned!" - kidding about the last one
