You need 1000 posts then you need to post it in the Requests section
If you don't have 1000 posts you may buy Donator and request a name change at anytime by pm / vm ' ing a Head Admin ( Dave,Liz,Toxin,Saidin,etc )

Has been said but every 1000 posts you can change it. If you get donator you can change it at any time, whenever you want with no limits.
