a little help

i can crossmod dtx and models thats the basics but i dont get as after the patch they say put it in texturescripts but i also see inject it i know how to do it but i thought that method got banned my head is spinning

at the bottom of what supercarz says how to install full game 1.0
it reads


if there is no read me, simply inject the ltb/fx/snd/dtx file into the rez file that matches the name of the FIRST FOLDER you went into

Example: if u want to put in the Ice skate mod, find the file in Chars_M_Body>modded>ice skate mod>st_m_child ltb...inject the ltb into Chars_m_body


he says inject it into it
do i actually use rez inject or is he expressing paste it into texture scripts using that method
