Why reformat again, though?
You just reformatted a week ago. Well anyways when you do reformat again, install the latest stuff(.NET Framework 4, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributal, etc.) Run a complete defrag on your computer, and do a disk clean.

Good luck reformatting again your computer, thought that option isn't the always the best method.
