How to host a server. [Real Tutorial]
Well that's good then, I still don't know how you managed to do it.

You type /login "password here" in the server to login to an admin position, from there you can use admin powers in your server
So I have made my Ip static with the program you suggested. I portforwarded 32887 on my router, my firewall, and McAfee. I set up the server the way it is suggested, and yet when I try to run it, I do not get an ip to give to players. I can connect with localhost, but nobody else can connect. I am about at my wits end with this thing :@
this works for steam ace of spades?
