God the Builder
Today I read an pretty interesting article about the plan of the mayor of moscow to build 200 new churches in only 12 months.
I wanted to discuss this a bit with you guys.
So the mayor of moscow justifies this by saying, that there is only one church per 40.000 inhabitants in moscow.
That sounds first of all like an nice plan.
But 200 Churches in 12 months?
Every six/seven days a new church gets finished?
He also introduced a new bulding method:
The Construction Kit Method
There are two variants of models. One with only one round roof and the other one with 5 round roofs.
Every church will look almost the same from outside but has only a few different paintings inside. LOL
Let's take a look at other churches.
For example the dome in cologne (Germany)
It took nearly 600 years to finish it.
What do you think about it?

[PS.: Moscow has about 11.1m inhabitants and 90% of them are russian orthodox.]
[PPS.: I'm an atheist]
