Hot Spot problem !

I have installed hotspot by their website (latest version).
After install, i run hotspot and it turns to green that means its connected.
After window where it says connected, nothing happen, when i open iex or google chrome it not connect to internet.
I observed in task manager openvpnas.exe loaded to 50% of my cpu.

So, what to be the problem?

p.s. before to install hotspot i reinstalled windows to wind xp service pack 3.

i ask kindly help

another observation: when a iex window its open with hotspot trying to connect,after connected, on details option i see Bytes in/out 2,57 kb/ 3,47 Gb ????? and grow up . what the fuck?

It's strange...
What is your current location?
The location between your location and the location for the proxy may be very far, that it causes sort of a "lag" with your internet, therefore not allowing it to connect properly.
Make sure your internet is connected properly... Also are you running hotspot shield on a router? Are people using it? Many people using a single router and internet can also be a hard problem...

Try using other IP-Hider program?

I am from Romania. No, i dont have a router. Do you know what is trange more? Until windows reinstall wich was at the beggining of this month, I use the program without problems. By the way, what hot spot is good, becouse i see two website : hotspotshield.com and anchorfree.com ?

try hide ip easy , its probably from ur network

Do this.
Go to the wrench, which is on the top right corner of your screen, and go to options. Go to under the hood, then go to "Change proxy settings." On a window that comes up which is called "internet properties", go to "LAN Settings" and uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN."

I will try firefox too, but the problem is: hotspot run in task manager with 50% CPU and than beginn Bytes out to grow up 200Mb-7Gb.

Still no ideea?

I would go for hidemyip simple and effective

Like everyone said , use HideMyIP.
Before you download it , try this site and check if it works.

Try using a Proxy program.
Like AOL. Btw, this is very strange.
