How to use Nico's Vinpub with just .cfg file

Consolite1.49d is patched. I would recommend checking out older consoles. ConsoLite is definitely not the only console.

oh, i know the other way operate the vinpub is this, work with cfg, but the one thing is, i cant get ohk when vinpub work with this one. So, i dont know what can i do next

If you are trying to use ohk, god, no ai and killall, you need to use the keys Nico bound the commands to (NUMPAD1,2,4,5). It autobinds those commands. Meaning you can't customize the keys yet. Most of Pie's binds don't work right now. The few you can use right now, you must follow those tutorials.
