I think they cost 100-300 for vBullitonDave used vBulletin. Like what others said, its around $300 dollars for full access, which is pretty worth but expensive at the same time.
I uses VB cracked for like a day on my website, then I switched to phpbb3 cuz I wasn't going to risk 16k euro of a lawsuit.
it depends for what reason you want your website... if you have money buy a ready script, there are unlimitid in the internet, if you know php and mysql then do the script on your own
