If you can't use it, you're probably suffering from an "Identification Directory Ten-T" error. Or a possible PEBKAC failure.

Since, you know, it's only worked for a few thousand others with no problems.

HAHAHA, we used to do that when I worked at officemax at the Tech manager all the time.
Customer would randomly start asking a bunch of stupid shit or just be lazy and we'd get on the radio's and be like "Lee, I've got an IDTenT in techsec please inform and disregard."
