I can teach you how to edit your bio and then get reported and your ban switches to ban for bio but it stays for 31/12/9999

Wasn't there a XBL Points exploit that was open ages ago? I doubt it's that but meh. Pretty stupid for them to suspend your account if you didn't do anything.

Well gl with getting your account back, I don't think they will unban you according to the e-mail. Maybe the points you bought were stolen? Unless of course you bought it from Microsoft then I have no idea.
