The only thing I license transferred was the Halo map packs from my old xbox to my new one when I got one about a year ago. Other than that I've done nothing but play games..

Wasn't there a XBL Points exploit that was open ages ago? I doubt it's that but meh. Pretty stupid for them to suspend your account if you didn't do anything.

@master131 I wasn't even active on Xbox when that was around, I only heard about it. grrrr.

Well gl with getting your account back, I don't think they will unban you according to the e-mail. Maybe the points you bought were stolen? Unless of course you bought it from Microsoft then I have no idea.
