Player Texture Models Mod

I haven't been on this site for a long time, but I remember there used to be an abundance of texture mods that changed the texture of the player model ie. players would be pink, blue whatever and would stand out. NOTE: I do not mean chams, I am referring to the mod that changed player textures. I am curious as to whether or not they are still possible to make, and if so, someone could make one for me?

Just use old ones with the bypass

You could make them yourself they are so easy just remember to bypass them.

Umm, how would I go about that? I am pretty new to modding and all that. And you wouldn't happen to have any links to the old ones and maybe a bypass? And could I be banned for using them?
