AFK bots?

Hey, I've seen a couple of AFK bots from other sites, but they SUCK. Anybody able to make a decent one? I'd love it. Thank you very much!
It doesn't have to walk around so much, maybe like a trigger bot and take a few steps, and quick join and such.
