lol ive sold scolls worth 8 mil for like 20k XD im the master of undercutting, i sell shit for cheap as long as i profit XD besides if its a good scroll or scrolls just bot to 70 and enhance your weapons and armor into pure epicness

Because of the bal penalty and the lower aspd. Also, generally because it's seen as a spear Lann ES (because of the crit) whereas valor is useful for all chars.
