Random Account Banning?

WTF! I just log in today and I'm banned. Pure legit gameplay and following the rules. Unless someone just randomly reports u for fun and nexon just follows it.

IF you are absolutely sure that you got banned for no reason then you should lodge a ticket to nexon, they do respond however they take roughly 1 week. It's better then loosing your account forever right? No use lying to nexon, I'VE TRIED.

I logged last night as well, and found out that I got banned on my legit 1lt4 as well. Been trying to log ticket but the customer support is fking on maintenance and I can't do shit about it atm. I'm closer to $350 on that single account and have no reason to even attempt to hack on it.
