acoording to me blood money is a mod so u can look for that but if u want speed hacks or others just go here Combat Arms Hacks - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking and scroll all the way down all the hacks not crossed out work. Just go through and see what u like. I have tried everyone one and works fine. Just download PerX and always open as admin.

Its a mod, not a hack, and im pretty sure its patched 
Yea it got patched and i dont no how to get around the patch... yes i no how to make the old mod but that one is patched
