Pacthes help...

So everyone im kinda coming back to ca and i noticed pacthes take a long time and then just puting a pached folder into a rar then give ppl it so they can have the new pacth without the pacther..... u see? Who thinks this a good idea? vote in poll and thisl help many ppl with slow computers and or impatient pplz
