Yup...
Your problem is just the .NET Framework 4 version you got, or it is the .NET Framework you got. It could be corrupted, malfunctioned, etc. Not sure. If you do want to uninstall it and reinstall it, then your going to have to uninstall .NET Framework 4 from your computer... But then comes another problem where it doesn't let you...
You could try deleting registry keys... But I'll have to look further into that.

So basically what your saying from that is that you uninstalled .NET Framework 4, and reinstalled it and you got a blocking error. Correct?
You basically said that the blocking error you got only happened when you attempted to uninstall .NET Framework 4. How did you uninstall .NET Framework 4 even after that error? If you did somehow, then there shouldn't be a problem when you reinstall.
Try updating windows... See what happens. Disable AV/Firewall as well. Run hacks/injectors as administrator. Run crossfire from directory at all times.
