SolvedBlack Ops Help

Hey i got the game from a friend he got the game from germany and he gave the account to me xD
When i started the game it gave me a localization error then i used the black ops germany to english thread it worked but when i start it say's "connecting ,fetching stats,then platform_ban" but the VAC is in a good status and the game works at him :\

The game is region locked, so if you are not in Germany, it wont work.
