Hiding Hacks in Plain Sight
This is taken from a friend in a private maplestory forum, to hide maplestory wz edits from plain sight. Not letting other people see private files. This hides a Zip File into a Jpg file.

By utilizing the art of steganography you can hide not only messages, but computer files as well in plain sight. After all, what are programming languages, but a stream of messages?
It's common to see people on different Maplestory forums looking for ways to hide files so that perhaps their parents won't know that they're playing Maplestory. So I figured I'd write a quick guide on what is perhaps the easiest way to hide files in plain sight effectively.
The method I am referring to utilizes the windows command line to hide files inside of .jpg images. This is a fairly well known method among those who would be more inclined to search for such methods, for whatever the reason, but at the same time it seems far too many people are completely oblivious to this ability.
1. To start, go into your C: drive or whatever happens to be your main drive and create a folder called test.
The location of the test folder really doesn't matter. Putting it in C:\ is just for convenience.
2. Find what you want to hide and put it into a folder and compress it. To do so, you want to right click the file and mouse over "Send to" then click Compressed (zipped) folder. Then proceed to place the .jpg file you want to hide your secrets in, in the test folder as well.
3. Open up the windows command line. (Start > run > cmd or Start > type cmd into the search box > run cmd.exe)
4. Using the windows command line navigate to your test folder by typing cd C:\test
Or if you put the folder elsewhere just replace everything after cd with the file path you chose.
5. Now you're going to copy to merge the two files using copy and the /b binary switch. To do so, you want to type "copy /b filename.jpg + filename2.zip secretjpg.jpg" Without the quotes and where "filename.jpg" is the name of the .jpg image you've chosen, filename2.zip is the zipped folder you want to hide, and secretjpg.jpg is the name of the .jpg image file you want to create.
For instance, say you want to hide a folder named secrets.zip in an image file named test.jpg, you would type
copy /b test.jpg + secrets.zip test.jpg.
Warning: If you name the input .jpg file the same as the output .jpg file, the original will be overwritten.
6. So you now have an image file with a secret folder in it, what now? How do you view it?
To view it you simply change the extension of the file from .jpg to .zip. Now your .jpg image has disappeared to reveal your secret folder. To hide it again, simply change the extension back to .jpg
If you can't see the extensions for your files, go to a folder and press alt, then go to tools > folder options > view > and uncheck the box that says hide extensions for known file types.
Ta-da. You've now hidden something in plain sight.
