Region

Hello!! I created a new account, but when I want to login, it appears this message box:

How I can solve that?

Maybe because of the IP Restrictions?

Probably you're from Europe so you need Cross Fire Europe .

The people of CF NA have added IP Restrictions now. So anyone outside of US, Canada, UK, and a few more countries cannot play. If you want to play you'd have to use an IP Hider, but it makes your ping very high.

I don't know, but that is my 2nd account, with the first account (old) I can play, but with this (now made) I can't

Any new accounts CREATED after the IP Restrictions in the following areas on the map you see, are going to be restricted in game. Any accounts made before the IP Restriction update can play.

What do you mean remove account?
Once an account is created under the IP, then you cannot play, like I said.
When you register, they record your IP and location. And from there it will identify your country when logging onto crossfire, and since your in the IP Restriction range, then you cannot play.

Not sure what you mean by create a new one, specify. I'm also not sure what you mean by what is possible through a proxy site. What do you want possible with a proxy site? Creating an account using a US IP, and registering for crossfire, and then playing? If that's so, then it is possible, obviously, but you'll lag tremendously. I recommend you stick with your first account, since it was made before the update happened.

U could ask someone if he's rdy to register an acc for u, I think.

Yes, I wanna create a new account with a proxy site and then remove this (which is create with my real IP)...and after that, play the game. So, If somebody create me an account from another region, like Italy...after I can play, or I must use my first account forever? Thanks!!

I actually haven't tried it yet.
You can try using a proxy for registering a new account, then create the in game crossfire name. Then after, just log out of CF, disable the proxy, and try playing. It might work. Try it.

It's hard to understand what your saying... But I'll try to bare with it.

No, usually, the proxy tells you what country the proxy is from. Common ones like hotspot shield use USA IP's, so you could try that. Majority of Hotspot Shield's IP is USA. It'll just connect, and hook you onto an IP. Then go register and register your crossfire name from there...
