Building to exe.

So I'm trying to publish my project on VB 2008 express edition,and im having problems trying to publish it,so i could let u guys download it -_-
I click publish wizardthen i put that i want it on my desktop,and then this is where im having trouble:

Moved to VB...

Save the project (CTRL+ALT+S)
Debug the project (F5)
Go into your DEBUG folder and there you go...

Yeah what Kevin (Blubb1337) said is correct. Build the project, then navigate to wherever you saved the project and go to the debug directory, in it should be your .exe.
