Cheat Engine, set value/address to constantly change?

I have a simple request. Do you know how to set a value to be changed constantly? preferably random.

Ill look around on my computer i remotely remember making a c++ memory hack which would change you're visible name constantly making you harder to kick it was patched but the constant value change may still work.
