i have downloaded crossfire eu, i load the game and login and it says my account is not something and goes off

If you do, then they don't allow IP from there... I know. UK is in Europe.
Z8Games has the acquired license for UK, which means since CF NA has UK servers and is a part of the UK community, CF EU cannot take it, despite it being in CF NA.

You can only if you change your IP, but you will be unplayable due to your high ping...
