When i open it , it just says "Windows cannot accesss the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item . How to fix.?

That happened to me try re-downloading and disable your Anti-Virus.
Turn off firewall/antivirus.
also sometimes it may still block it if its turned off idk y they do that but yeah if its turned off and that still happends redownload it while it still off
