You're not getting them for guessing their ages, you're getting them for assuming stupidity through lack of schooling.

then I would have received no infraction yet because I questioned the education system as well I get infracted

It wasn't an infraction or anything like that bro, it was simply a warning. It's not serious towards your account, other than the fact that if you get any more warnings in the future, it might result your account getting banned.

Just don't do it again. Yes, it might be different in your words on what it means, but to mods and the person you said to them self, its completely opposite.
