WPE possible for NA server?
i heard that we can do no cool down skills with WPE.
I found out that this could be good for any class for trumbling(the Shift key skill) for fast movement. also to enhance a weapon without out waiting( instant click) is possible with WEP.
if anyone found out any helpful tip with WPE please share.
(first, need working WPE for NA server)
