If you forgot the email, then you're out of luck. It doesn't tell you your email.
Send support ticket?
Send a support ticket requesting your email address.
Since you asked for help i will try =).
1.Have you tried double clicking your yahoo mail box [The bit where you type your email then password underneath to Login on there site it could be saved there]
2.Check your notepad files always useful to keep account information there.
3.Find & Pay a Account Phisher / Recover if it's worth it.
(Could be risky so I'd keep this as a last resort and only do it if the member was 110% Trust worthy.)
If you can't/don't want to do these then start a new account.

ot : all you can do is to do a support ticket , u probably have a pub acc with id and pass only and u want the change the password

if you forgot your email then you can't work it out
unless if Z8 games change it for you
Well everything that was said; a support ticket could be your only hope. Since you lost your email, it's pretty hard to get back up.
