Yes I can tell. But it's extremely simple you know, I perfected it first try, in like 5 minutes.

Too simple. Make dots, duplicate layer, move all the way up with the ARROW keys. I think that's where you screwed up. And maybe also too much tweened frames?
20 tweened frames. And i used arrow keys :\
