My friend and I had to use it yesterday (because my last hit as Hammer-Fiona made Items fly far far away oor) ... he tried with 1000 range but ... it's feckin' bugged, we couldn't pick up half of our loot no matter if it was next to us or far away but half of the loot was easy to pick up when it was next to us or a bit away (mostly ores though).
Seems this command does not reset when entering a new dungeonarea, so I wonder what the default value is because we had trouble after activating this command once to collect our loot/ores in further dungeons ...

Ye, it seems to fail at some commands, not quite sure why.
sv_friction can be used as some kind of speed hack. its not like host_timescale who speeds up everything but i dont would use it because its a bit uncontrollable ^^
