Sorry if its like a dumb question but i can get banned from Cf if i mod the game , like using That modded skins and that stuff ?

On-Topic, I believe you have to use a Bypass and that's what gets you banned.
Modded skins or kill marks doesn't get you banned.
As long as its outside the rez files, its okay.

im pretty sure it's against the z8games rule...
the only reason why you would get banned is if they saw you using it. or they caught you with a bypass
when it comes to rez files, z8games told xtrap to detect any changes to prevent hacks like wire frame dot frame and stuff ( was years ago )

Just to clarify:
Killmarks are the marks you get near the bottom-middle screen after you kill someone.
UI Mods are a lot of things; including badges, lobby modding, skin modding, theme modding, etc.
Sound Modding is basically changing the sound of something, like changing the sound of how your character sounds.
You can only get banned if you do REZ Modding, which is a recent thing but I heard it got all patched by the recent patch update.
Like what Cling said, that's also another example of .REZ Modding. Wire frame and Dot Frame are checked throughout the .REZ Files. HGWC checks it all.
