[Solved] CF Version invalid

CF Version invalid

Guys why do i get "CF version invalid, please re install your game to the latest version"
every time i press "START"?? i downloaded the client 2 times. one from downloader and one from direct download
both say same thing
i also tried to install it in local disk D
but didnt work either

please some 1 help me?

Bro, did you re-download crossfire using the mirror sites?

If you did, don't use them, download using the official downloader. It's given on the crossfire downloads page. Might have to stare at the page for a bit.

I used West mirror 1
and official downloader
but non work
now im downloading east mirror 2 and ill see

It doesn't work

Go to your Cross Fire File fine Version.ini and there should be a number . If it's 70 change it to 71 and save.

its not 1070 with me
its 1072
when i change to 1073 it becomes again 1072

It should be:
LatestVersion = 1073

i go to version.ini and its back to 1072

Not sure why its not working.
Like you said, download using East Coast Mirrors then try again.

same prob for me =(

downloaded lik 3-4 times .. =( still ot working .. i ran patcher_cf while the new cf was installing and it worked so i closed installation but later it didnt work =( sooo sad .. cant play cf or hack now .. and i cant even test my own hackes if they work or not =(

NVM CF worked by its self~! Thanks for who tried to help me!

Nice to see its working again.

The site must've didn't update it. Try downloading the mirror site the update it from that. That's all you can do basically
