Lag since actualization?

when CF update i get so much lag when im in the lobby is fine but when i join into a room lag so much the mouse i already check my ping and my mouse and pc they re ok so anybody has the same problem?

So by lag, you mean the game is slow right? That's low FPS rating.

Have you updated your graphic card ever? If not, I recommend you install the latest drivers.

Run CCleaner to clear out the junk, sweep it out to flourish your computer.

Clean your registry.

Defrag your harddisk for better PC performance. It's always good to do so once in a while.
