I am not running, neither did i run, any kind of cheat. I try'd to restart but no effect.

edit:
I've downloaded mw2liberation to bypass vac, i can play now but only when i run mw2liberation...

You are banned. And given that you chose to come to a hacking forum to tell us this, I find it highly unlikely that you have never used hacks.

It's Steam ID ban, not IP. They're not that stupid.

It's both IP and XUID.
