[Solved] Crossfire wont start up..

Crossfire wont start up..

I load crossfire and the hgwc loader comes up, it gets to 66% and then an error comes up saying...... socket error [w] THEN A NUMBER AND another letter with a number

help would be appreciated

A screenshot would be more helpful

If yes try running again, it happens sometimes, try running it as ADM, if don't work reinstall completely your game.

Reinstall your game, and run as administrator. Also, run crossfire from your crossfire folder. It is located in C:\Program Files\Cross Fire

Select CF_G4box.exe and run it.

Uninstall (and delete all folders) , then re-install and run as admin , don't use hacks for a while.
ANd disable ur anti virus

-Uninstall Crossfire , Reinstall Crossfire
-Run CF_G4box.exe As Admin

I had this problem before

Just re-download crossfire, and change the installation destination folder

[c:\programfiles/z8games/Crossfire] change it to [c:\cross fire] or anything and it will

work.

but if it didn't work copy a working crossfire folder from another computer

and put it on your pc.
